Crab Stuffed Avocados
These are a delicious idea for lunch or as a side to your dinner.
What you'll need:
Whole Avocados (each avocado yields two serving cups)
1 Can of Fresh Lump Crab Meat
Parsley (rough chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chili Sauce (optional)
In a large mixing bowl combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, onion, diced tomatoes, celery, chives, parsley, and add salt and pepper to taste. Cut your avocado in half and remove the pit. Spoon your crab mixture into your avocado halves. Drizzle with chili sauce and sprinkle with chopped chives. Enjoy!
