Smoked Salmon Rolls

These delicious smoked salmon rolls are quick and easy to make. All you need is:

Cold smoked Salmon

Softened Cream Cheese

1-2 Whole Avocados

Fresh Dill

Fresh Chives

1 Lemon

Cut an Avocado in half and remove the pit (add the other avocado if you wish). Remove the flesh from the peel with a spoon and add to a mixing bowl. Then combine the avocado, softened cream cheese, fresh dill, chopped chives. Squeeze in some lemon juice to taste. Once the mixture is smooth lay out pieces of smoked salmon. Spoon a small amount of the mixture onto the center of the smoked salmon then roll. Garnish with some fresh dill or chives and enjoy!

These are great hors d'oeuvres at your next party or a healthier snack while watching your favorite team.
