Fresh "Norwegian Style" Lox Salmon Fillet
Norwegian Style Lox Salmon is cold-smoked to preserve the natural Salmon flavor. It is presliced and goes great on a bagel with cream cheese and capers.

What you'll need:
Pre-Sliced Norwegian Style Lox Salmon
Softened cream cheese
1 whole avocado
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, avocado, chopped dill, chopped chives, and juice of half a lemon. Mix thoroughly. Lay pieces of smoked salmon out and spoon the mixture onto the center of each piece of salmon. Gently roll and garnish with a sprig of chive and a sprig of dill. Enjoy!
These are great for hors d'oeuvres at your next dinner party or a healthier (and quite gourmet) alternative for a snack.
